If you read my last post, you know that my only uncle died a lit­tle over two weeks ago. We weren’t close, but when you’re try­ing to step back into life, there’s a fragili­ty that does­n’t take much to blow over. Then I got some health news that was­n’t awesome—I’ll blog about that on my next per­son­al update.

All those promised posts are still com­ing. I’m just mov­ing “blo­gust” into uh… (*checks cal­en­dar*) Octo­ber! Yes, that’s it. Mov­ing them into Octo­ber. Blo­gust is an IDEA, you know. Sure, it’s best in August because of the ter­ri­ble pun, but real­ly, it’s any time I try to post a lot and run some appeals posts.

Here’s the thing, though. For the rest of this week, I have to focus on my Patrons. They’ve been so unbe­liev­ably patient for essen­tial­ly the last five years as I’ve strug­gled to come back from every­thing life has done to knock me over.

There are woo posts and The Mor­ri­g­an posts and tarot posts and polyamory posts and fit­ness and health posts and yes, even writ­ing posts com­ing, but first I have to make good towards all the folks that help keep the lights on.

I’m past the shock of that health news and I’m fresh out of uncles, so let’s get back to it.
